Gulf Coast houses, not generic ones
Stucco, hardie, block, metal roofs, deep soffits, two-story gables over a screened lanai. We quote what is actually in front of us instead of pricing off a satellite image and hoping it works out on install day.
Permanent Outdoor Lighting · Panama City, Florida
Slim LED fixtures set into a channel along your eaves, so there is nothing to put up in November and nothing to drag down in January. Soft warm white for a Tuesday. Red and green come December. Whatever your team wears on a Friday night.
Panhandle Glow is run out of Panama City, with 12+ years serving Panhandle homeowners behind it. The houses we light are the houses we drive past on the way home.

In a lot of places those are odd requests. Around St. Andrew Bay they are half the job. Cage framing, boat lifts, walkways out over the water — we plan for salt air and constant spray when we pick the hardware for them.
Same crew measures, installs, and comes back out if something needs attention. No dispatcher, no subcontractor you have never met, no phone tree. You will have the number of the person who did the work.
What We Light
They are rarely where people stop. Once the front of the house is done, the back patio and the dock tend to follow.
The main event. Low-profile LED fixtures seated in a channel along eaves, gables, and peaks. Warm white most nights, full color when you want it, and nothing in the attic come January.
Screened porches and covered patios get their own run tucked into the frame. Dim for a quiet evening when it finally cools off, bright when the whole family is over.
Wash a palm from below, graze a block wall, trace the edge of a deck. This is what turns a dark back yard into somewhere you actually sit once the sun drops.
Run along the cage framing so the whole enclosure lights evenly. No single harsh floodlight, no glare bouncing off the water, and no bug convention around one bright spot.
Light the walk out, mark the edges, make the slip easy to find after dark. Fixtures and mounting hardware get specified for constant salt exposure, because out there they earn it.
Storefronts, restaurants, offices, HOA entrances. Stay lit and on-brand all year, then switch to holiday colors without paying a crew to come out twice a season.
Where We Work
That line runs from Pensacola and the Alabama state line across to Tallahassee, and down the coast through Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. If your town is not listed but you are inside that circle, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Pull in during the day and you see a clean roofline. Pull in after dark and the house has presence. That is the whole point.

The System
Nothing gets swapped out between seasons. The lights that give you soft white in February are the same ones running red and green in December.
Every light is individually addressable, so you can set any light to any color at any moment — not just one shade across the whole run.
Scenes for every holiday and season are already built. Pick one from the app, or sync the lights to whatever music is playing.
Sunset on, midnight off, every night, without you touching anything.
Works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, so you can change the scene without finding your phone.
The Process
Tell us roughly what you are picturing and where the property is. If we are not out on a roof, we will pick up.
In person, on your property, walking it with you. You get a written price before anybody commits to anything.
We mount the channel, seat the fixtures, hide the wiring, and tie in the controller. Most homes take one to three days.
We set up the app with you and build your first few scenes together, so you are not reading a manual after we leave.
Pricing
Permanent lighting gets priced by the foot, because linear run is what actually drives the job. A straightforward single-story front sits at the low end. Two stories, steep pitches, a row of gables, or spans that are a fight to reach move it up.
We will not throw a number at you over the phone, and we are not going to guess off a photo. We measure your place, then put it in writing.
Final price depends on linear footage, roof height and pitch, and access. The written quote is the price — no surprises on install day.
FAQ
The fixtures live in a slim aluminum channel mounted to your fascia, soffit, or trim, and they stay there. Nothing goes up in November, nothing comes down in January. You change the look through an app instead of a ladder.
Barely. The channel is low-profile and we color-match it to your trim, so from the street it reads as a shadow line. Most people have to be told where to look. The garage photo up in the gallery is the same house that lights up purple two frames later.
Pricing starts at $25 per foot. Where you land depends on how many linear feet you want lit, how many stories we are working on, roof pitch, and how easy the runs are to get to. We measure on site and give you the number in writing — we do not guess over the phone.
Most homes are finished in one to three days. Larger properties, commercial buildings, and jobs that combine roofline with pool cage or dock work can run longer. We tell you the expected schedule when we hand you the quote, not after we start.
Everything we install is built for permanent outdoor exposure — that is the whole category. On waterfront, dock, and pool cage jobs we take extra care choosing fasteners and housings, because salt air is harder on hardware than anything else we deal with down here. Heat, humidity, and afternoon storms are just normal operating conditions.
From an app on your phone. Pick a solid color, choose a preset, build your own scene, or set a schedule and forget about it. Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are supported too, so a voice command can switch scenes. We set all of this up with you on install day and do not leave until you are comfortable running it.
No. Rooflines are the usual starting point, but we also light patio enclosures, pool cages, docks, back yards, landscape features, and commercial buildings. Plenty of folks do the front of the house first and add the lanai or the dock the following year.
No. The channel mounts to fascia, soffit, or trim — we are not putting holes through roofing material or hanging weight off your gutters. We walk the mounting plan with you during the quote so there are no surprises about where hardware ends up.
Yes. The system carries a 25-year warranty, plus a 12-month labor warranty on the installation. The LEDs themselves are rated for 50,000 hours. Full terms come with your written quote so you can read them before you decide anything.
About two hours out from Panama City, which covers most of the Panhandle — Pensacola and the Alabama line across to Tallahassee, and down the coast. Not sure whether you are inside that? Call and ask.
